How can I cancel my Social Boost or Audience Boost?
Social or Audience Boost campaigns can be cancelled in Allhomes Agent Portal via the Audience/Social Boost tab in My Sales within 3 hours of the listing going live.
We’ll show you how to:
- Cancel your listing’s Social / Audience Boost campaign
- Cancel your Social / Audience Boost subscription
If your campaign was booked casually, you’ll be able to cancel it within 1 hour of the campaign starting.
If your campaign was scheduled by a subscription, you’ll only be able to cancel it within 3 hours from when the listing was ‘made visible to public’ on Allhomes. This is to avoid causing unnecessary delays in processing most of your campaigns.
When you have a Social or Audience Boost subscription enabled, it applies to all new listings that are advertised on Allhomes. If you have a listing that, for whatever reason, you don’t want to be promoted on Meta and/or Google Display Network, you can cancel your listing’s campaign within 3 hours of it going live.
If you have booked Social / Audience Boost casually, your booking can be cancelled up to one hour of its starting time.
If the campaign is cancelled successfully within the acceptable timeframe, a credit will be applied to your next invoice.
How to cancel your Social or Audience Boost campaign
- Log in to Agent Portal and click My Sales.
- Click Audience/Social Boost from the tabs at the top.
- Find your listing in the list and click the address.
- Click Cancel in the Action column.
- Click Cancel booking to confirm.
Once you’ve cancelled a scheduled campaign it won’t start. If this campaign was part of a subscription, you will have a credit applied to your invoice.

Contact your Allhomes Account Manager if you’d like to cancel your Social / Audience Boost subscription.
All done!
You have now cancelled your Social Boost or Audience Boost ad.
