This article covers most of the frequent Allhomes Agent Portal login questions, and how to troubleshoot common issues.

For example, if Berger Macdonald already has a login for one account and his user-name is ‘Berger.M’ for a different account, his user-name might be ‘B.Macdonald’.
Anyone on your team with Office Manager access will be able to set up this up within Agent Portal.

If you’ve forgotten your login details, one of your Office Manager team members will be able to log in to Agent Portal and check your user-name, but not your password.
To find a team members user-name, from Agent Portal home page, click on My Agency then click on the team members name.
Click on Login Details and the username will appear in the top half of the page. From there you can enter and save your password.

If you have forgotten your password and can’t reach your team member with Office Manager access, click the Support icon to contact Domain Group support and we’ll help.
Domain and Commercial Real Estate share the same login and agent admin platform, so a Domain agent admin login can also access CRE.
From Agent Portal home page, click on My Agency then click on the team members name.
Scroll down to Permissions and you’ll be able to see what’s selected, and make any changes.
If your on Agent Portal and your seeing an error message saying ‘Temporary Problem’ or ‘Allhomes is experiencing a problem’ or something similar, it could mean that you need to clear your browsing data.

Although this has never happened to an Allhomes account you can never be too careful.
If you receive an email enquiry for a listing you don’t recognise, someone could be trying to obtain your login details.
We will never send an email or text message asking for your login details. If you have received any email or text message that redirects you to a login page, or asks for your login details, someone is trying to obtain your login details.
If someone has started contacting you directly, outside of the Allhomes enquiry system, please be very cautious.
