How do I change or update our agency details?
That's where we come in. If you need to update your agency details on your Domain, CRE or Allhomes account, you will need to contact your Account Manager and complete a change of details form.
Your account manager will assist with updating the following details:
- Trading Name
- Company Name
- Address
- Principal Name
- Principal Email
- Enquiries Email
- Phone Number
Changing Company Name requires a ‘change of business’ and must also be completed via your account manager.
You can update your Agency Profile and Agent Profiles via Agent Portal.
