Create a CMA report in Agent Portal

I want to run a CMA report in Agent Portal


To create a CMA report, login to Agent Portal and click Market Data then Comparative Market Report.

We’ll show you how to prepare a CMA report in Allhomes Agent Portal.

 

  1. Login to Agent Portal and click Market Data

  2. From the left side-menu click Comparative Market Report

  3. Enter the address
    Select the state
    Start typing a suburb name then select that suburb from the list.
    Start typing a street name then select that street from the list
    Enter the street number and click Search

  4. Choose a template

  5. Select which sections you would like to include in your report by ticking/unticking the section.
    Drag each section into the order you prefer.
    Click Continue

  6. Enter the name of the party you are creating the report for, as well as the date and price range.
    You can also upload a photo of the property.
    This information will be displayed on the cover page.
    Click Continue

  7. Set the price range and number of bedrooms of the FOR SALE properties you would like to include in the CMA report.

    You can select to include surrounding suburbs.

    Click Search.

    You will now only include properties in the report that match the criteria entered.

  8. In the Results section, select which properties you would like to have included in the report.
    Click Continue

  9. Select how you would like the properties to be displayed.

  10. If the property description of each property is too long, you may wish the click the Edit button in the Property Address summary to remove some of the description, or it will be clipped from the report. This might not look so great.

    Delete some text, then click Save and Return

  11. Set the price range and number of bedrooms of the SOLD properties you would like to include in the CMA report.

    You can select to include surrounding suburbs.

    Click Search.

    You will now only include properties in the report that match the criteria entered.

  12. In the Results section, select which properties you would like to have included in the report. Drag the properties into the order you prefer.

    Click Continue

  13. Select how you would like the properties to be displayed, and (if you like) edit the property description.

  14. Select which graphs you would like to include, and the order in which you’d like them to appear.

    Click Continue

  15. Enter your cover letter, ‘sercives you will receive’ and ‘plan of action’. This content is compulsory and will be included in the CMA report.

    You can also select to include Points of Interest in the report and how many graphs will appear on each page.

    Click Continue.

  16. All done. Choose how you would like to save your CMA.
