I can’t find my listing on the Allhomes website.
If your listings have been loaded but you can’t find them in your search results, there are some things you can check prior to contacting Domain Support.
Check that you don’t have a ‘refine’ filter applied to your search that may be preventing a listing from coming up in your search results.
Click on the top category to start a new search with no filters or click Reset next to the Options menu.
Using Allhomes App, tap Filter > Clear Filters > Search
See this article for more on how to check listings in Agent Portal: Search for listings in Agent Portal
Check that the listing says ‘Yes’ in the Displayed to Public column.
If you use a CRM to load listings to Allhomes, check your CRM to ensure that Allhomes has been selected for export.
Sometimes we are experiencing delays or there could be a technical glitch and your listing has not been processed. If it’s been more than 2 hours and you can’t find your listing contact Domain Group support for further assistance.
Double check the suburb, number of beds/bath/parking and price details are all correct. If you are searching for a 3 bedroom and the listing says 2 bedrooms, this may be why the listing is not coming up in your search results.
If your account is active and everything looks like your listing should be live, contact Domain Group support team via the Support icon for assistance.
