How do I update my logo?

For security reasons, logos can only be loaded internally by a member of our support team.

Please email your logo to support@allhomes.com.au, in the dimensions as follows:

120 (w) pixels x 42 (h) pixels - Up to 20kb, File type GIF or JPG.

Your agency logo will appear on:
Property Details Page
Agency Profile Page
Search results
Allhomes Apps
Property of the week, and
Reports

Note:

If your logo is not exactly sized to the dimensions above, don’t worry. We can re-size them to fit within these dimensions, however we are not able to carry out any design work.

We will also match the background colour to the agency brand colour, however feel free to send us your ‘hex code’ values.

We can reduce the size of the logo, however we can’t enlarge the logo if it’s too small - this will make it blurry.

Why aren't my logos updating?

Logos can take up to 24 hours to update site wide. If your logo has not updated after 24 hours, please contact our support team.

Why is my logo stretched or blurry?

The logo supplied may have been low-resolution, or enlarged prior to us receiving it. We only reduce the size of the logo so the image quality will be maintained. We use industry standard software to process all images.

If your logo is appearing stretched or distorted, please let our support team know so we can look into it. We will usually advise agency if we believe the logo doesn’t look right prior to loading.

My logo looks too small

When a logo is uploaded, we also set a background color to be used as the ‘padding’ which is the space around the logo.

We have designed our site with quite a large padding area to accommodate the buttons and tools also found on this section. This has been carefully designed to improve conversion rate.

How can we make the logo fit to size?

Your brand is important - hire a professional. By having a designer create your logo according to our specs, you will get the most out of the space available.

Why is my logo not appearing?

Logos can take up to 24 hours to update site wide. If it’s been more than 24 hours click the Support icon to contact Domain Group support.
