Property sale data is publicly available information and can be found on dozens of government and proprietary websites.

Domain Group will not alter or remove past sales data supplied directly to us by the State Government.

All sales data provided is public information and is freely available on many data websites and forms part of the Government public record of sales history for the region.

As a data broker, we purchase this information from the relevant state departments and make it publicly available for anyone to view and/or use. APM, like a number of other data suppliers, purchases this information from the State Government to provide the information for the needs of the public.

The data is automatically sent to Domain Group platforms and websites (via APM) and updated regularly by the State Government Department. The data is not internally managed.

The sale price information that is displayed on Allhomes forms part of the ACT Government public record of sales history for the region. This information is publicly available for anyone to view and/or use.

Allhomes, like a number of other data suppliers, purchases this information from the ACT Government who supplies the information for the needs of the public.
