We are changing our listing CRM (Bulk Uploader) - What do we need to do?
You can request a change of listing provider via our Change CRM form here.
Important stuff we need to know:
- Name of the current/previous CRM
- Name of the new CRM
- Authorising person's name and email
- Is the changeover for sales or rentals, or both?
- Is the changeover for residential or commercial, or both?
- When is the changeover happening?
You will also need to make sure the Principal has approved this changeover by uploading an attachment showing the approval by the principal. Alternatively, the principal can request the changeover by logging into the help centre and submitting the request directly, or via email.
