We are changing our listing CRM (Bulk Uploader) - What do we need to do?
Let us take care of that for you. Please contact Domain Group support via the Chat icon or send an email with the details.
When changing to a new CRM, the settings on your account need to be updated by our Support team to enable the feed from your new CRM.
This can only be done by Domain Group Support, so please contact us via the Chat icon or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org advising us of the change and we will take care of the rest.
Important stuff we need to know:
Please give us the following details:
- Name of the current/previous CRM
- Name of the new CRM
- Is the changeover for sales or rentals, or both?
- Is the changeover for residential or commercial, or both?
- When is the changeover happening?
- Any other special requests?
Make sure the Principal is CC'd if sending an email, and let us know who the new CRM is and when you would like the transition to happen.
