Social Boost & Audience Boost is available for residential sale properties only. To ensure your Social Boost or Audience Boost campaign can go live, your listing must:
- Have a minimum of three photos
- Include EER rating
- Also be advertised on Domain

Social Boost
What is Social Boost?
Social Boost is a property marketing product that combines the power of Allhomes & Domain Group data with Meta's (Facebook & Instagram’s) extensive reach.
Once a listing’s Social Boost campaign has commenced, it will appear on Facebook and Instagram as a sponsored ad.
Social Boost ‘Burst’ is the latest Social Boost campaign, and includes one For Sale ad on Facebook and Instagram, and will run for 7 days. Social Boost is available on a subscription or casual basis.
How does Social Boost work?
When property seekers click the Social Boost posts they are directed to the Allhomes listing page to find out more.
Property seekers who visit Allhomes are matched with their Meta profile and sent relevant properties when they are on Facebook or Instagram.
Social Boost's targeting balances a high-intent audience and maximises the number of times the ad is displayed and seen on Facebook and Instagram.

What is Audience Boost?
Like Social Boost, Audience Boost is a property advertising product that will promote your listings across Google Display, Facebook & Instagram to cast a wider net and help potential buyers find your listings.

All Audience Boost ads will run on Google Display, Facebook & Instagram. There are five types of Audience Boost campaigns to choose from: Base, Edge, Plus and Ultimate.
Audience Boost Base
- Includes one For Sale ad with a 5 day duration
- Complimentary for Platinum listings
- Available to Gold clients on a subscription or casual basis
Audience Boost Edge
- Includes One For Sale ad with an 8 day duration and one Sold ad with a 2 day duration
- Available to all clients on a subscription basis only
Audience Boost Plus
- Includes one For Sale ad with a 10 day duration and one Sold ad with a 2 day duration
- Available to all clients on a subscription or casual basis
Audience Boost Ultimate
- Includes one For Sale ad with an 15 day duration and one Sold ad with a 3 day duration
- Available to all clients on a subscription or casual basis
How does Audience Boost work?
Once you have Audience Boost activated for your listing, it will be advertised on Google Display, Facebook & Instagram as a sponsored ad.

I’m in! How do I get started?
To book a Social or Audience Boost campaign for your listing now, login to Agent Portal, find your listing, and follow the steps below.
Social & Audience Boost subscriptions can also be enabled for all new listings. Contact your Allhomes Account Manager to find out more about subscriptions.
Book a Social / Audience Boost campaign
IMPORTANT: You can only book a Social / Audience Boost campaign if your listing has at least three images, an EER rating and is also advertised on Domain.
- Find your listing in Agent Portal and click the address link to open the listing.
Click Audience/Social boost from the side menu under Listing Add-ons.
- Select a Boost product.

- Under Desired Start Date select As soon as possible for your campaign to start in 1 hour, or select On a specific date to set a date from the calendar for the campaign to run.
Tick the checkboxes next to I understand the cost… and I have read and agree… then click Confirm order.

- A summary & confirmation window will appear. Check the schedule details and click Confirm order.
- Your order details will appear.
If your Boost campaign has not yet run, you can cancel it here. Once cancelled, you can reschedule another start date. If the Cancel button is not visible your Boost campaign has already started.
Social Boost & Audience Boost FAQs
Contact your Allhomes Account Manager to discuss a Social/Audience Boost subscription, or to have your account activated for casual bookings.
If you select your booking to run As soon as possible, it will start within one hour of your desired time. In the unlikely event of any delays, contact Domain Group Support via the Support icon.
Social Boost and Audience Boost ads will appear on Facebook and Instagram. Audience Boost ads will also appear on Google Display Network.

- Audience Boost Ultimate Sold: 3 days
Yes. Allhomes Social and Audience Boost subscription agreements are available at agency and agent level. If your agency enables a subscription, then all listings uploaded agency wide will have Social / Audience Boost activated. If your agency does not have a subscription, then individual agents can also enable Social / Audience Boost casually for their listings only.
For now, Social / Audience Boost is only available for sale listings.
If your campaign has already started and your listing is sold or leased, you can send an email to allhomes@aimdigital.io to have your ad removed from the various platforms. No credit or refund will be issued for Social / Audience Boost campaigns that are stopped early.
If you have a subscription and your listing has sold before your Social / Audience Boost campaign has started, and after the 48 hour downgrade period, your Social / Audience Boost ad will still run. The ‘Auction/Sale reminder’ campaign will be changed to a ‘Just Sold’ campaign. No credit will be applicable in these instances. If you have booked a casual campaign, you will not have been charged yet, so a refund will not be applicable.
Ensure that your listing has at least three images, an EER rating, and is also advertised on Domain.
If you’re experiencing any issues with your Social / Audience Boost campaign, report it directly by emailing allhomes@aimdigital.io.
You will receive a confirmation email alerting you when the campaign has gone live and another when the campaign has ended.
You’ll also be able to see how your Social / Audience Boost campaign is performing by running a Listing Performance report.
There are two reasons why your campaign may have been put on hold; Not meeting the requirements, or a technical error. For a campaign to run, the listing must:
- Have at least three images
- Have an EER rating
- Also be advertised on Domain
If your campaign is on hold for this reason, you'll receive an email advising you that this is why your campaign has not started. You’ll need to update your listing to meet these requirements and re-push it via your CRM so we can get your campaign started.
In the unlikely event of a technical issue, you'll receive an email advising that your campaign has not started, and our tech team will get the issue resolved as soon as possible, and let you know once your campaign has started.
Once your Social / Audience Boost campaign has started, you’ll be able to see its performance in your Listing Performance report. Your campaign stats will be visible within 24-48 hours after the campaign has commenced.
Social / Audience Boost bookings can be cancelled for individual listings within 48 hours of going live.

Once your Social / Audience Boost ad goes live no further updates or changes can be made. If your campaign has not yet started, you can cancel a scheduled campaign and book a new one.
Any changes made to your listing before the Social / Audience Boost ad goes live will be updated on your Social / Audience Boost ad, however once your ad goes live no further updates or changes can be made.
Your ad will be generated automatically using the images and details uploaded in your listing.
You won't receive a separate report, however, your Social / Audience Boost campaign will appear in your Listing Performance report within 24-48 hours.
Social / Audience Boost campaigns are currently not available for private advertisers.
