How can I add a new user login to Agent Admin or Agent Portal?
We can help with that. If you would like to have access to Domain or Commercial Real Estate Agent Admin or Allhomes Agent Portal please click the Support icon to contact Domain Group support.
If there is no one in your office with Office Manager access, contact Domain Group support via the chat icon and we'll help you set that up.
Once you have access to Agent Portal, you'll be able to add or edit staff members via Agent Portal.
If the Principal's details need to be updated, please contact your Domain Group Account Manager to assist with the change of details process. Updating the Principal details comes under 'change of details'. See this article for more: Change or update agency details
