Create or edit a new development child listing

How can I create or update a New Development child listing to link to a project?

You can create or edit a new development child listing via the My Sales section in Agent Portal.

We'll show you how to:

  1. Create a new development child listing for your project
  2. Complete a new development child listing
  3. Edit a new development child listing

Once you have set up your new development, it’s time to add your child listings. You can create a new development child listing in Allhomes Agent Portal, which will be linked to your project.

Creating a new development child listing is done in two parts:

  1. Create the child listing 'shell'
  2. Complete or edit the child listing

Editing the child listing is the same process as completing the listing. Once you know how to complete the listing, you'll also know how to edit.

Click here if you'd like to jump straight to editing a listing.

Before starting, make sure you have the following details and images ready to go:

Project details and info:

  1. Listing title (eg: 1 Bedroom)
  2. Description/Ad copy
  3. Key selling points

Visual assets:

  1. Photos - 1920(w) x 1080px(h) (full HD - JPEG/JPG) - Recommended
  2. Video (Youtube or Vimeo link) - Optional
  3. Brochure PDF - Optional

Where do these assets appear?

Before creating a new listing, make sure any agents to be assigned to the listing are already loaded into Allhomes Agent Portal.

Note:

Only follow these steps if you have already set up your new development.

Let’s go!

Create or edit a child listing 'shell'
  1. Log in to Agent Portal and click and click My Sales.

If you’ve just set up your new development and still have it open, jump to step 2.

  1. Click My Sales from the top tabs menu.
